1981: graduated from   Ankara University Veterinary Faculty.

1982: worked at Ankara Food Control and Research Institute of The Ministry of Agriculture as Veterinarian.

1986: worked at Protection and Control General Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture.

1988: worked at Central Veterinary Control and Research Institute.

1994: worked at Infectious Animal Disease Section (Branch) of Agricultural Research General Directorate of the Ministry of Agriculture as Section Director.

1997: completed his PhD studies in The Microbiology Department of Veterinary Faculty of Ankara University.

attended the course about Agricultural Research Management in England and about Management in Germany.

attended many domestic and international courses, seminars, symposium and conferences. 

wrote many articles and  carried out many researches.

1997: appointed as Director to Central Veterinary Control and Research Institute.

Good English speaker.

Currently Director of Central Veterinary Control and Research Institute.
